The Choc Top project was an ideal opportunity for Icon Creations to demonstrate our creative expertise and ability to capture and bring to life the marketing concepts of our clients. HOYTS Australia wanted to increase the visual marketing of a key food item, Bulla Ice Cream Choc Tops.
This iconic product deserved a higher profile as an illuminated, caricatured version of the “old favourite”. Commencing with a simple 2D graphic supplied to us, our team collaborated to combine their personal design strengths with cutting edge technology.
Always willing to challenge current production methods, our designers worked alongside 3D graphic programmers to bring together texture, contour, colour rendering and structural integrity. The result? A super sized character with attitude.
3D printing and internal LED lighting came together to enhance a visually strong design, resulting in a unique and eye catching presence for the product, Bulla Ice Cream and HOYTS.
